Shielding Alloy

Shielding alloy is available in both low-melt and medium melt ingots. Shielding alloy is packaged in convenient 50 pound cartons.

Low-melt alloy melts at 158˚F (70˚C) and its recommended pouring temperature is 175-180˚F (79-82˚C).

Medium-melt, cadmium-free alloy melts at 203˚F (94.9˚C) and its recommended pouring temperature is 220-225˚F (104-107˚C).
