Position Summary
In this role, the associate will be responsible for the operation of CNC mills, lathes and other required manufacturing equipment, performing in-process, and final inspection of product along with de-burring, painting and assembling products. The schedule for this position will be first shift, Monday through Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm or third shift, 11:00pm – 7:30am.
Education & Experience
A High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required for this position along with one to three months of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills and Abilities
To perform this job successfully, the associate will:
- Possess the ability and desire to learn all aspects of the position and acquire new skills;
- Support production through the use of machining and inspection processes according to manufacturing standards;
- Pay attention to detail to insure a quality product;
- Have strong eye/hand coordination;
- Have the ability and desire to work as part of a team using good communication skills; and
- Be able to lift 50 pounds

An associate in this position must have a high regard for safety and make use of the tools and practices provided to insure a safe work environment, including proper lifting techniques and operation of equipment.
